He is a dentist by day, author by night, and husband, father and TV watcher when time permits.\n\nHe earned his BS in evolutionary biology from Tulane University in the New Orleans and his DMD from UMDNJ in New Jersey. When not filling cavities or performing root canals or extracting teeth, he's writing horror, thrillers and dark fiction. His inspiration comes from a lifetime of reading Stephen King and Dean Koontz, Clive Barker and Neil Gaiman, Peter Straub and Richard Matheson.\n\nHe currently lives in in New Jersey with his wife, two children and the spirit of his dearly departed diabetic dachshund Friday. He is a rabid Phillies and Eagles fan, except when they are not playing well, which unfortunately is most of the time these days.\n\nHe still wonders where his beloved Lost went off the tracks. The wasted potential of the series still haunts him six years after it went off the air. Thankfully, he has The Walking Dead, Flash, Gotham and the Netflix Marvel shows to keep him distracted.
